December 2023 Timeline
May 2023 Grads – still have your attire? Please return it as soon as possible.
Academic Attire returns may be done during regular store hours at any University Book Store location.
Bachelors – return gown, keep cap and
tassel.
Faculty, Doctors and Masters – return gown and hood,
keep cap and tassel.
Cap & Gown rental reservations for December 2023 will start on September 18th.
Rent online (Nov 11 thru Dec 11) or in person (Nov 11 thru Dec 16) with fulfillment at the Lower Level Service counter (711 State St.), or over the telephone (800-993-2665 ext.5907) (add $10.00 for service fee) for the December 2023 commencement ceremony.
DEC 16
Online orders must be picked up by the close of business Saturday (Friday for the HSLC)
at your
designated pickup location.
Return attire after use. All returns must be made by 7 p.m. Dec 19.
Academic Attire returns may be done during regular store hours at any University Book Store location. All returns must be completed by 7:00pm Tuesday Dec 19.

Returns not completed by 7:00 pm Dec 19 will incur a $20 service fee.
