rent on line (Feb 1-Mar 29), in person (Mar 5 thru Mar 29) at the Service Counter in the Hard Lines Department (711 State St.), at the UBS HSLC, and over the telephone (add $10.00 for service fee) for the May 2019 commencement ceremonies.

Last day to purchase academic attire for the May 2019 ceremony. Rentals continue through Mar 29.

Starting at 2:00 p.m., candidates walk-in, order, pay rental fee & walk in fee ($20), and pick up academic attire - at 711 State Street only. Continues through 7:00 p.m. Thursday May 9.
* A limited amount of academic attire has been ordered for the walk in customer. Attire is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Faculty, Masters, & Doctors see Apr 9.

2:00 p.m. – Walk In cap and gown rentals begin for Faculty, Masters, & Doctors candidates.
Walk In orders continue through 7:00 p.m. Thursday May 9.

9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. – Pre-reserved academic attire available for pick up.
Academic attire orders must be picked up at the University Book Store at 711 State Street during the scheduled pick up times.
Orders picked up after this date at the graduation event will incur a $20.00 Service Fee.

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. - Distribution of pre-reserved academic attire.
11:00 a.m. –Attire that has not been picked up by 11:00 a.m. will be taken to the Kohl Center for Friday night (not available 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.). Attire can be picked up 3:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Kohl Center – Gate A.

10:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon – Attire that has not been previously picked up will be available for pick up at Camp Randall, Gate 5, starting at 10:30 a.m. Academic attire pick up concludes at 12:00 noon
Attire not picked up by 12:00 noon will be returned, unused, to the vendor, and will no longer be available for pick up.

Academic Attire returns may be done at the Kohl Center location immediately following the ceremony Friday night or at the University Book Store 711 State Street during regular store hours. All returns must be completed by 7:00 p.m. May 14.
Bachelors – return gown, keep cap and tassel.
Faculty, Doctors and Masters – return gown and hood, keep cap and tassel.
