How to Place Your Free IKEA Local Pick-Up Order:
- Join IKEA Family for free to receive free local pick-up on orders over $35
- Place your order at IKEA.us, in the IKEA app.
- At checkout, choose your pick-up date and select the University Book Store as your location
After you check out, you will receive the following emails:
- A confirmation email after purchase
- A second email when your order is being prepared, including store pick-up hours
- A final email when your order is officially ready
State Street (711 State St.)
- Pick-up hours: M-Th: 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Fr-Sa: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., & Su: Noon – 4:30 p.m.
- There is no IKEA-specific parking. Find up-to-date downtown parking availability here.
- IKEA orders should check in at the Service Desk on the lower level. Loading assistance is not always available, so please arrive prepared and have your vehicle ready. Large orders may use our loading dock, but you must check in before parking behind the University Book Store.
- Pick-up hours: M-Fr. Noon – 4:00 p.m.
- Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell located at the entry door between the dock doors. A University Book Store team member will be there to assist you promptly.
- Please note that loading assistance is not always available, so please arrive prepared and have your vehicle ready.
